There seems to be more and more evidence that regular exercise and aging are a good mix.

While it makes perfect sense that exercising throughout life is important, it is actually difficult to build regular, strenuous exercise into your daily routine.
I strongly recommend you pick up “Younger Next Year: A Guide to Living Like 50 Until You’re 80 and Beyond” or “Younger Next Year For Women” by Chris Crowley and Henry Lodge, MD. Hopefully you will find this book as motivational as I did.
